I am Delia, CEO and owner. I started baking when I was 9 years old and now I want to support bakers with the best equipment for your craft. I've had a "checkered past" in that my career spanned from being a sports reporter (one of the first women), to traveling on tour with Maestro Luciano Pavarotti and the 3 Tenors, to working for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. I am a published author and Mum to Mikey (dog) and Sweety-Pie (cat). I live at the beach in Southern California. Drop me a line and say hi!
