Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all unused items in original packaging. All returns are subject to a restock fee minimum of 25% and the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment. Any custom item, equipment with optional accessories or made-to-order items may not be returned. Please contact our Customer Service to request a return authorization which will be provided to you within a few business days along with the return instructions. Upon receipt and inspection of returned products, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus any return fees. Culinary Depot reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.
